Meet Allison Gourlay

After graduating from Rollins College, Allison went into teaching and loved her job. It was just a matter of time before the real estate bug hit her—she is a third-generation NAR Member. Allison has been surrounded by real estate her entire life. Her grandfather, a licensed Broker, has been in the business in Maitland, Florida, for over 50 years, and her mother has been in the business for over 35 years. All this to say that Allison’s education and preparation for this vocation are supported both by an education and a lifelong environment of real estate activity.

Allison was born and raised in Maitland, Florida, and has extensive ties to the community, a strong work ethic, and unwavering optimism. Allison's work ethic combined with her contagious enthusiasm and compassion for people makes her the perfect real estate agent. Allison has lived in many major areas throughout the city and is very familiar with the greater Orlando area. Allison is constantly seeking to learn more about her city and relishes the opportunity to share her unique experience with her clients.
